In 2018, the company established Anhui Hengmagnetron Magnetron Co., LTD., located in Sanpu Town, Lu 'an City, Anhui Province, covering an area of 28 mu, production plant area of 16,000 m ², more than 120 employees, more than 10 technical research and development team, professional quality personnel more than 30 people, specializing in high-precision rare earth magnet production, research and development. With a full set of production processes such as mixing, molding, cleaning, surface treatment, magnetization, injection molding, etc., it can customize the production of different sizes and different properties of bonded Ndfeb magnets according to customer requirements, and can produce 500 tons of bonded NdFeb magnets per year.
The company is equipped with magnetic testing, size testing, appearance testing, reliability testing laboratories, complete testing instruments, the whole process to ensure product quality.
